Lamar Jackson and his contract situation have been a topic of discussion all season. These discussions will only increase now that Baltimore has been eliminated from the playoffs. Many think that Jackson has played his last down as a Raven. Odds were released today and a surprise team has the best odds to acquire Lamar Jackson.

Patriots Have The Best Odds To Acquire Lamar Jackson

The New England Patriots currently have the best odds to acquire Lamar Jackson with the Jets and Falcons close behind. New England already has Mac Jones and Bailey Zappe on the roster which makes this a curious frontrunner. It has been well documented that the Patriots liked Jackson when he was drafted and this caused the Ravens to trade up to get him with the last pick of the first round. The Patriots may be capitalizing on a second chance to get Jackson on the team.

Other Teams On The List

The Patriots are not heavy favorites. The Falcons, Raiders, 49ers, and Commanders are all decent odds. The Falcons and Raiders especially need an upgrade at the QB position. The most curious team on the list is the Packers at 16-1. It would be an absolutely wild offseason if Jackson somehow made his way to Green Bay. More than likely, he ends up either back with Baltimore or with one of these QB-needy teams with a lot of cap space.

The Patriots have the best odds to acquire Lamar Jackson. Where he will go will be talked about endlessly until he actually signs with a team. The NFL offseasons is always full of intriguing storylines and this is one that every team will be watching.
