The Cleveland Browns wasted no time finding an assistant for new-look offensive line coach Andy Dickerson.

Roy Istvan is joining the Browns after a stint with the Philadelphia Eagles as an assistant offensive line coach.

After losing Bill Callahan, widely regarded as one of the best offensive line coaches in the NFL, to the Tennessee Titans, the Browns have recouped by bringing in Dickerson and now Istvan.

Dickerson spent his previous two seasons with the Seattle Seahawks.

Meanwhile, Istvan spent the last five seasons with the Eagles, helping star linemen like Jason Kelce find sustainable success on extremely potent teams.

During Istvan's time with the Eagles, he helped four offensive linemen earn eight Pro Bowl honors. The list goes: Guard Brandon Brooks (2020), guard Landon Dickerson (2023), Johnson (2020, ‘23) and Kelce (2020, 2021-23).

He now brings his talents to the Browns, where the offensive line has long been one of the strongest points of the team.

And following a period of change with the coaching staff, Cleveland is putting the right names in the right places to have sustainable success.
