Top NFL prospects Aidan Hutchinson, Ikem Ekonwu visit Jaguars

The NFL's top draft prospects are making the rounds with teams this week, and two potential No. 1 picks are starting things off by visiting last season's worst squad.

Jacksonville has the first overall pick for the second year in a row, The Jags selected starting quarterback Trevor Lawrence in 2021. Lawrence, unfortunately, had his rookie year overshadowed by drama both on and off the field caused by now-dismissed first-year coach Urban Meyer. With a new coach leading the way for the Jags in 2022, there is hope whomever gets picked first overall this season will have a much smoother rookie campaign.

Hutchinson is the favorite to be selected by Jacksonville, with some believing his relentless work ethic will be a welcome addition to the Jaguars' evolving locker room culture. The Michigan standout lit up social media on Monday as he posted from his trip to Florida.

The 2022 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 28.
