Both the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers seem to have quietly come to an understanding that it is time to move on.

Whereas in offseasons past Green Bay has made a concerted effort to retain the greatest quarterback in franchise history, this time around, things feel differently.

Everyone is over it.

So where could Rodgers end up in 2023-24 if the Packers do opt to move him?

According to NFL insider Tony Pauline, the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Jets are "in play" for Rodgers’ services.

“In fact, one source said that general manager Joe Douglas is admitting to people in the league the franchise will go all out in the attempt to bring Rodgers to Gang Green,” Pauline wrote.

Meanwhile, over in Las Vegas, wide receiver Davante Adams seems to be making a strong push for Rodgers to come join him.

“During Shrine Bowl week, a source told PFN that receiver Davante Adams is lobbying hard to bring Rodgers to the Raiders,” Pauline added. “That was further confirmed this week. Adams was twice a first-team All-Pro receiver and five-time Pro Bowler with Rodgers as his quarterback.”

Green Bay has been very open about what the team expects in any potential deal for Rodgers. The trade package required would be massive.

Whether the Jets or Raiders will step up and meet that asking price remains to be seen.

One way or another, it feels like Rodgers’ time with the Packers has come to an end. Will he be playing in New York or Las Vegas come next year?
