Washington Commanders receiver Jahan Dotson likes playing against the Philadelphia Eagles.

In the early part of the second quarter against the Eagles, Dotson scored his second touchdown of the year. Here's a look at the 21-yard scoring play ...

Dotson has only scored touchdowns against the Eagles this year. In two games against the Eagles, he has two touchdowns. In the other six games of the year, he hasn't found the end zone.

Despite Dotson's early-season struggles, coach Ron Rivera has confidence in Dotson's abilities to bounce back.

“I think it's just a matter of time," Rivera said. "Again, as we continue to work and try and distribute the ball to all the players, it'll happen. It's just one of those things that sometimes guys will be targeted more. I promise you back in the day when [Former Washington WR’s] Gary Clark, Art Monk and Ricky Sanders were out there for [Former Washington Head Coach] Coach [Joe] Gibbs you guys were probably wondering how come he only got three balls and everybody else got six or seven?"

With the touchdown, the Commanders now have a multiple-score lead against the Eagles in a game that Washington almost needs to win. The team is 0-2 so far in NFC East play this season after losses to the Eagles and Giants earlier this month. But now, the Commanders are playing like a team hungry for a much-needed victory.

The Commanders hold a big 14-3 lead midway through the second quarter against the Eagles.
