Casey hails from the sunny shores of Miami, Florida. That’s right, hockey in Miami! Despite the city’s reputation for sun and surf, Casey’s passion for the game ignited at a young age. While playing in Florida, he met his best friend and current teammate, Gavin Brindley. At the age of twelve, Casey relocated to Michigan to pursue his hockey dreams with the Compuware Youth Hockey AAA program. From there, he quickly made his mark, joining the NTPD U-17 team and making an impressive showing with 36 points in 46 games.

Success at The University of Michigan:

In his second year at the University of Michigan, Casey continues to be a key player for the Wolverines. He played a pivotal role in leading them to secure the last playoff spot with a win over Notre Dame a few nights ago. With an impressive total of 35 points in just 32 games, his performance has caught the attention of Devil’s representatives and other hockey fans. As a standout defenseman for the Wolverines, his defensive acumen and offensive contributions have been instrumental in Michigan’s success.

World Juniors Representation:

He also made a significant impact on the international stage. In a memorable game against Sweden, Casey played a crucial role in Team USA’s dominant 6–2 victory, contributing six assists and showcasing his playmaking ability. Alongside teammates and fellow top prospects Frank Nazar, Rutger McGroarty, and Gavin Brindley, Casey proudly brought gold medals back to Michigan.
