He had a good run with the Senators’ American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate the Belleville Senators collecting 26 goals and 49 points in 128 career games.

The Camrose, Alberta product helped the Prince Albert Raiders hoist the WHL Championship in 2018-19 after scoring 35 goals and 67 points in 64 games. Kelly added eight goals and nine assists for 18 points in 23 WHL Playoff contests, he was held pointless during his three Memorial Cup games.
