It’s half time in the Chelsea Tottenham game, and the Blues are really showing their class.

They lead 1-0, and are good value for their lead after a 45 minutes where they gradually showed their impressive attacking quality more and more as the half wore on.

Perhaps the most impressive part of our attacking play – apart from Kalidou Koulibaly’s brilliant strike – was the work by our wing backs.

Both Marc Cucurella and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have been brilliant down their respective flanks, providing defensive strength and enough attacking threat to keep Spurs honest.

It’s particularly great to see Loftus-Cheek, whose future has always seemed a little uncertain, shine on the wing. He’s making himself the outstanding candidate to be Reece James’ backup in that position for the rest of the season, after a series of impressive games in that position last season.

At this rate, he can continue being a really important player for us.
