Lazio had three players sent off before falling to a 1-0 defeat at home to AC Milan in Serie A on Friday night.

Christian Pulisic was involved in two of the incidents that resulted in red cards.

Noah Okafor scored the only goal of the game with a volley from 15 yards in the 88th minute.

Lazio had 10 players on the pitch at this point after Luca Pellegrini had been sent off in the 57th minute for receiving two yellow cards.

Pellegrini's second booking of the game was for a cynical foul on Pulisic.

Adam Marusic was then sent off in added time for an angry reaction towards referee Marco Di Bello.

Matteo Guendouzi became the third Lazio player to see red in the 96th minute when he was dismissed for violent conduct.

Guendouzi had his arm pulled by Pulisic before the Lazio midfielder reacted by aggressively pushing the American to the floor.

Pulisic was shown a yellow card.
