After Olympique Marseille confirmed Genoa talks for Vitinha, it is reported he will arrive on Tuesday for a medical, on loan with option to buy for €25m, and Ruslan Malinovskyi is purchased too.

According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, an agreement was reached today between the two clubs and the player gave the all-clear too.

Marseille President Longoria had already admitted they were discussing Vitinha with the Serie A side, but would not accept a dry loan.

It will be a loan deal with option to buy at the end of the season for €25m, probably with some clauses to make it an obligation if certain conditions are met.

The centre-forward turns 24 in March and made the move from SC Braga to Marseille only a year ago for €32m.

He contributed four goals and three assists in 27 competitive games for Marseille this season.

These two sides have already done business for Ukraine international Malinovskyi, who is currently at Genoa on loan.

Sky Sport Italia maintain part of the negotiations for Vitinha also include completing the Malinovskyi sale for €7m.
