Nottingham Forest have launched a bid for Galatasaray winger Kerem Akturkoglu.
The Turkey international is regarded highly in his homeland.
And Takvim says Forest have offered 11m for the attacker this week.
However, Gala immediately rejected the bid, insisting Akturkoglu won't be allowed to leave on the cheap.
Akturkoglu is receptive to the idea of playing in English football's top-flight but respected" his club's decision.
