Chelsea captain Reece James has sent a defiant message to Chelsea fans on his Instagram stories this week as he targets a return to the field.

James has been doing light training again in recent weeks after having surgery some months back now. He will soon be back in full training and there is a chance that he could still make a Chelsea squad before the season is out.

The England international will also still be targeting a place in Gareth Southgate’s squad for the Euros in the summer when the domestic season is over.

Blues fans will be hoping that when James returns he will be back stronger and for a sustained period without further injuries, having been a very injury prone player during his short career so far.

But James says he is feeling more hungry than ever in his latest message to Blues fans, as you can read in full below..

James has been consistently linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, but you can safely say that is not in his mind right now.
