Brentford midfielder Mathias Jensen says Christian Norgaard has settled quickly as new club captain.
Norgaard has taken the armband after Pontus Jansson's departure for Malmo.
Jensen said: "It hasn't changed that much. He is as he always is. He was also captain in several games last season when Pontus was out.
"He falls very naturally into the role.
"He is a good leader. He is very aware of all his teammates, and it can be both if people need to be picked down a bit, or if people run and hang their heads a bit.
"He is good verbally, and people listen when he speaks, and that is important in a captain."
