Former AC Milan defender Khaka Kaladze admits Georgia is proud of Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Kaladze is now involved in local politics and says Kvaratskhelia is a great role-model for Georgia's children.

He said on Radio Serie A: "He is a very good boy; I also talk a lot with his father who is a truly unique person. Before his arrival in Naples I got in touch with the Neapolitan management to talk to them about Khvicha and to make him understand what a wonderful person he is; shortly after they called me to thank me.

"He is a very important player for Georgia; many children who dream of becoming footballers see him as an example to follow and he is also fundamental for the national team.

"I wish him to arrive at an even more renowned club, the I hope to win the Champions League and make all his dreams come true."
