Manchester City ace Kevin De Bruyne has broken yet another assist record.

The Belgian played a role in his team's 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.

De Bruyne set up the goals for both Josko Gvardiol and Erling Haaland away from home.

De Bruyne has now managed more than one assist in a league game for the 18th time.

No player has ever managed such a feat, showcasing his supreme creativity.

City did suffer a blow in the game with an injury to goalkeeper Ederson around half-time.
