Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs is hopeful of positive change at the club.
The former Wales and United winger was speaking about the club's failures over the past decade.
Giggs, who was interim United boss at one stage of his career, is now on the outside looking inward.
Like everyone else, it's frustrating and has been for the last six or seven years," he stated at a fans Q&A.
