Manchester City favored to repeat as Premier League champions

Manchester City is heavily favored to repeat as English Premier League champions, ESPN reported on Thursday.

Per Caesers Sportsbook, which ESPN and multiple other sources cited, Man City is favored at -150 ahead of the season-opener on Friday. Liverpool and Chelsea are next on the list, each favored at just +500.

Multiple books have Man City sitting atop the food chain ahead of the season.

Man City has history on their side here, winning three of the last four titles. They are also a stronger team with the addition of Jack Grealish and the potential addition of striker extraordinaire Harry Kane.

Premier League action kicks off on Friday with Brentford hosting Arsenal.
