According to multiple outlets, Milan have reached an agreement with Hellas Verona for the permanent transfer of 20-year-old wing-back Filippo Terracciano.

The Rossoneri are prepared to pay an initial sum of €4.5m with a further €1m in bonuses, having found a verbal agreement with Verona on Friday afternoon, Sky Sport Italia claims.

The young wide-man has been regularly called upon by coach Marco Baroni at Verona this season, featuring in all 18 of his team’s Serie A matches so far in the 2023-24 season. He registered his first assist of the campaign in the 2-2 draw with Lecce in November.

Terracciano is also a regular in the Italy U21 squad, having earned his first cap for the age group in 2022.

He will become Milan’s second addition of the January transfer market after the premature return of Matteo Gabbia from his loan spell at Villarreal at the beginning of the month.
