Luciano Moggi says Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini would be ideal for Juventus.

The former Juve director general is a big fan of Gasperini.

He told Libero: "If Gasperini were to leave, it would be a trauma for Atalanta, who would have to change their habits. The coach has another year on his contract, but he is on everyone's lips and could even decide to go and make the fortunes of another club.

"He is a coach who knows how to make the most of all players, not just young ones, always keeping the team in high ranking positions, without asking for big purchases and, at the same time, allowing important transfers.

"If, for example, Juve were to miss out on the arrival of Thiago Motta, then Gasperini could be ideal for the Bianconeri's programme, who want to improve their budget, enhance their youth and be competitive."
