Newcastle United are watching Nottingham Forest attacker Morgan Gibbs-White.

The Mirror says Newcastle are considering Gibbs-White as a potential signing if Bruno Guimares, 26, is sold this summer.

The Brazil midfielder is on the radar of Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain, and a transfer is said to be on the table this summer.

Newcastle want to avoid problems with the Profit & Sustainability rules of the Premier League, and a sale of Guimares could be a necessity to strengthen the team elsewhere.

Gibbs-White is valued by Forest at 50m. The captain's contract with Forest runs until the summer of 2027.
