It is a list that seemingly keeps changing by the day depending on what report you read, but Chelsea’s defensive priority list has changed once again.

We have been hearing about all sorts of names for the list recently, but the most recent ones are Matthijs De Ligt from Juventus, Milan Skriniar from Inter Milan, Jules Kounde from Sevilla, and now Nathan Ake from Manchester City.

Of course, it is highly likely that Chelsea will sign two new centre-backs to replace the two departing centre-backs, but it is Ake who now tops the list of priorities in this position, according to The Telegraph at least.

They say that Chelsea are talking to Manchester City about doing a double deal for Ake and Raheem Sterling.

Chelsea obviously used to have Ake as their own player before selling him on, but the report claims that Thomas Tuchel really likes the defender and wanted him at Dortmund.
