Real Madrid Castilla coach Raul is on Bayer Leverkusen's radar.

Ok Diario says Raul is one of 20 names Bayer chiefs have on their list of candidates in the event Xabi Alonso leaves this summer.

Raul spent two years as a player in Germany with Schalke and has resisted German offers over the past 12 months.

Schalke and Union Berlin both made attempts for Raul, while a move to Villarreal this season was close before it fell through in the final days of negotiations. Leeds also tried for the Real legend last season.

However, he could now be more open to a departure this coming summer.
