Bayern Munich’s pursuit of Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane next summer has been a regular topic of conversation in recent months.

Recent reports have claimed that while Bayern have not held talks with the striker or his camp, they remain interested in signing him this season.

And now according to SportBild (h/t Sport Witness), Harry Kane’s agent has “already been assured” by Bayern Munich that an offer for the striker will be made next summer.

They claim that if he does not sign a new contract before 2023, the Spurs star will be a ‘very hot’ topic at the Allianz Arena. It goes on to explain that Sadio Mane has struggled to fill the void left by Robert Lewandowski’s departure, and Julian Nagelsmann’s side sees the England captain as the perfect man to replace him.

The 29-year-old’s current contract expires in 2024, and if he refuses to sign an extension with Tottenham, Bayern will make an offer.

In a conflicting report, Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Kane is happy at Spurs and there has been a development regarding new contract talks with the club. Although, his future at the club could remain connected with Conte’s. The reports surrounding Kane’s future have been going on all summer and they won’t stop until and unless he pens down a new contract.
