Valencia are prepared to sell Javi Guerra this summer.

While he has a 100m buyout clause, Guerra can leave Los Che for 50-60m.

Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle are all keen on the young midfielder.

Last season, Guerra, 20, made his first appearances in La Liga.

However, it is only this season that the real breakthrough has come for the midfielder - who has managed to secure a regular place in the Valencia XI.

So far, he has made 30 league appearances, 23 of which from the start. In these matches, he has accounted for four goals and one assist.
