LEGO Fortnite has just dropped and fans are getting stuck into this new survival crafting mode. With a lot of depth in store – as we saw in our LEGO Fortnite hands-on preview – fans are a little worried about how long they’ll have to experience it all, as popular modes have been quickly snatched away before at the end of seasons.

Thankfully, there is no need to worry, as LEGO Fortnite is a permanent mode in Fortnite from now on. The collaboration between the two companies is set to extend far into the future, with Epic recently teasing that there may be more game modes in the works for 2024. It’s safe to say LEGO Fortnite will be sticking around for a very long time.

If you're excited to get playing, then check out our guide for how to play LEGO Fortnite and create a world.

Still, even in the event that the mode is set for removal at some point in the future, it’s highly likely that Epic will notify players far ahead of time so that you’ll have time to do everything you want to do before it wraps up.

This is just the first of the new modes Fortnite is introducing this week though, as the Rocket League crossover is coming with Rocket Racing and the Fortnite Festival rhythm game releasing very soon
