Alexa Bliss has been absent from WWE for well over a year, but she recently teased her potential return on social media.

In a tweet on May 13 , Alexa Bliss wrote, “Just you wait.” She punctuated the message with a black heart emoji.

The timing of Bliss’ tweet sparked some excitement. It came five years to the day that Bray Wyatt introduced the WWE Universe to The Fiend. Bliss had a lengthy run alongside Wyatt before the end of his first run in WWE. Wyatt passed away in August 2023. In recent weeks, there have been rumblings about a potential Bo Dallas-led stable that would pay tribute to him.

Alexa Bliss has not wrestled since WWE Royal Rumble 2023. Bliss announced that she was pregnant in May of that year. In July 2023, Alexa Bliss said that she would probably not bounce back as fast as she had hoped after her pregnancy. Bliss then gave birth in November.

Bliss is a former three-time RAW Women’s Champion and two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion. She is also a three-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion.

As of this writing, there is no word on when Alexa Bliss will return to WWE programming. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
