Andrade El Idolo is returning to CMLL.

After initially teasing his return, CMLL confirmed the news on December 8 during their Viernes Espectacular event. Andrade was confirmed for the December 15 show, which will emanate from Arena México.

Andrade, also known as La Sombra in CMLL, has not wrestled for the company since November 15. Among other accolades, Andrade is a former CMLL Universal Champion, CMLL World Tag Team Champion, World Trios Champion, and two-time NWA World Historic Welterweight Champion.

Andrade is currently signed to AEW, and he is set to compete on the December 9 episode of AEW Collision. Check out the card here. WrestleZone will have coverage of the show as it airs.
