It was Carlito all along.

Dragon Lee was set to team up with Rey Mysterio to face Dominik Mysterio and Santos Escobar at WWE WrestleMania 40. However, on the April 5 episode of WWE SmackDown, Lee was attacked backstage. Andrade then sided with the LWO and took Lee’s place as Rey’s partner. They went on to win the match at WWE WrestleMania 40.

Santos Escobar has since claimed that he was innocent. He revealed the proof on the April 26 episode of WWE SmackDown. After Lee and Rey Mysterio beat Angel and Berto, Escobar came out and brought up a video on the screen, in which it was shown that Carlito was the one who attacked Lee. In the ring, Carlito was standing behind Lee, and he attacked him again. He then ran away while the LWO regrouped.
