Massive Update on Liv Morgan's WWE Return Amid Her Hiatus 4 Liv Morgan [via- WWE]

On Saturday, Netflix presented its TUDUM 2025 event. A number of WWE Raw stars turned up to the show, and they also took center stage for a while. The most eyeball-grabbing moment, however, included WWE’s power couple of Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan. While promoting Love is Blind with a kiss cam, the Judgment Day members made out briefly.

The clip, as expected, is making the rounds on social media. Earlier in the evening, Morgan bragged about stealing Mysterio from his ex-girlfriend Rhea Ripley at last year’s SummerSlam. Consequently, she won the women’s world title as well. After hearing Morgan talk trash about her, Ripley stood up to the New Jersey native and reminded her of the beating that she inflicted on her in the past.

As things were beginning to heat up even more, CM Punk had to intervene and break it up. That said, the storyline featuring Morgan and Mysterio has the fans invested yet again. The one-half of the women’s tag team champions made her return to Raw this past Monday after a three-week hiatus from the sets of Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo in Japan.

As soon as Morgan entered the Judgment Day clubhouse, she caught her Daddy Dom receiving a gentle massage from Roxanne Perez. The Prodigy had also bought Mysterio’s favorite chicken nuggets for the second week in a row. Morgan, though in disbelief at first, told her on-screen boyfriend that she’d address the situation later on.

Liv Morgan set for Money in the Bank qualifier on Raw

This year’s Money in the Bank ladder matches are packed with immense star power, especially on the women’s side of things. The likes of Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, Roxanne Perez, Giulia, and Naomi have already qualified for the PLE slated for June 7. The sixth and last spot will be determined on Raw.

GM Adam Pearce has announced that Liv Morgan will get a chance to make her way through when she goes up against Ivy Nile and Monday Night Raw’s brand-new acquisition, Stephanie Vaquer. On NXT this past Tuesday, Vaquer lost her NXT women’s title to Jacy Jayne, who halted La Primera’s title reign at the 77-day mark. She now has a golden opportunity to punch her ticket to Money in the Bank and try retrieving that briefcase at the Intuit Dome.

However, Morgan and Nile would want no less, and either of them can rain on Vaquer’s parade. The real-life Gionna Daddio has previously won the MITB contract in 2022, where she cashed in on Ronda Rousey on the same night. It turned out to be a genius move and fetched the 30-year-old her first singles women’s championship on the main roster. It was indeed a career-altering moment for the Judgment Day member.

Could Liv Morgan make SummerSlam 2025 memorable for herself?

Back in January, Liv Morgan lost her women’s world title to Rhea Ripley on the Netflix premiere of Raw. That closed the book on their rivalry, which many believe had overstayed its welcome by that point. Morgan would definitely want to regain the top prize in the women’s division on the red brand.

And what better way to bolster her chances of getting it done than by winning the Money in the Bank contract? She would then have the right to choose the time and place to cash it in on whoever and whenever she wants. If Morgan does get the briefcase next weekend, she might hold it off until the SummerSlam PLE in August.

The Biggest Party of the Summer will emanate from Morgan’s hometown of New Jersey this year. What a sight it’d be for her family and locals to see her regain the women’s title in front of them. She had also discussed a dream scenario of teaming up with Raquel Rodriguez to take on the duo of Megan Thee Stallion and Cardi B .
