Look: D.C. XFL fans build incredible 'beer snake'

Washington, D.C. football fans might be fed up with the Commanders and its ownership, but they seem to have taken a liking to their XFL team, the Defenders.

On Sunday, their fans decided to enjoy the nice weather and construct one of the most impressive beer snakes that has ever been created at a sporting event, extending from the bottom of the end zone stands all the way to the top of the stadium.

Just look at this thing!

If you are unfamiliar with the concept of the beer snake, it's simply empty beer cups stacked up on top of each other until they begin to snake their way through the stands. Most stadiums tend to shut them down and stop them before they reach this level.

The D.C. Defenders?

They allow the beer snake to not only live, but to excel.
