The NFL combine is often mocked as the “Underwear Olympics,” and nothing reflects that nickname more than people geeking out over the body fat percentage of one prospect.

DK Metcalf, an Ole Miss wide receiver who has become a social media sensation for his muscularity, did not disappoint when measured at the combine. According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, Metcalf measured in at 6-foot-3, 228 pounds and only 1.6 percent body fat. There’s more fat in the 2 percent milk you’re drinking than on Metcalf’s entire body.

One look at this photo of Metcalf in a workout room and you’ll understand the measurement. The guy is shredded.

NFL teams have taken notice, or at least Jon Gruden has.

In the end, you want a football player more than you want a bodybuilder, but that’s just an insane number for Metcalf and shows how disciplined he is in his training. His size will captivate NFL teams.
