Welcome to BamaCentral’s "Just a Minute," a biweekly video series featuring Alabama beat writers Austin Hannon and Katie Windham. Twice a week, the duo will pair up to provide their take on a topic concerning the Crimson Tide or the landscape of college sports.
Watch the video above as Hannon and Windham discuss the slight position shakeups Alabama has had at linebacker, particularly with Jihaad Campbell and Jeremiah Alexander, and why the two players have made the switch on defense from outside linebackers in high school to inside linebackers with the Crimson Tide. Austin Hannon: Austin Hannon joined the BamaCentral team in December 2022. He graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in sports media and brings a ton of journalism experience. Hannon is the former sports editor of The Crimson White, the University's school newspaper. Hannon's coverage focuses primarily on football, men's basketball and baseball.
Katie Windham: Katie Windham is the assistant editor and senior writer for BamaCentral, primarily covering football, basketball, gymnastics, softball and more. She is a two-time graduate of The University of Alabama and has covered a variety of Alabama sports since 2019 for outlets like The Tuscaloosa News, The Crimson White and the Associated Press before joining BamaCentral full time in 2021. Windham has covered College Football Playoff games, the Women's College World Series, SEC tournaments and championships in multiple sports and March Madness.
