Fox Sports' Sara Walsh makes divorce joke after husband gave back Aaron Judge's 61st home run ball

For a moment, Fox Sports reporter Sara Walsh thought she was about to come into some money.

You see, Walsh's husband is Matt Buschmann — bullpen coach for the Toronto Blue Jays.

After a handful of unlucky fans at Rogers Centre in Toronto whiffed at the chance to catch Aaron Judge's American League record-tying 61st home run ball of the season, it fell harmlessly into Toronto's bullpen and into the waiting arms of Buschmann.

It was at that point Walsh thought she and her husband struck paydirt. At the very least, the ball was projected to be worth $250,000 to $350,000.

Walsh's husband, Buschmann, probably could have kept the ball himself and earned a nice little Christmas bonus. He's clearly a true baseball guy, though, and is that surprising? You have to love the game and its history in order to sit in a bullpen for 162-plus games a year.

To the dismay of his wife, Buschmann gave the ball away, and now Walsh is supposedly looking for the divorce papers.

For Buschmann's sake, it appears his wife (or perhaps soon-to-be ex-wife) is joking.

Judge's home run ball was given to the Yankees and eventually verified and secured.
