The Pittsburgh Pirates beat the Atlanta Braves today 5-1 in Grapefruit League play. Oneil Cruz, Jack Swunski, and Billy McKinney all homered for the Pirates today during the game vs the Brave. Tomorrow the Pirates will take on the Toronto Blue Jays. After the game today the Pittsburgh Pirates optioned their number two ranked Prospect to minor league.

2B – Terrmarr Johnson

Johnson is ITD’s 35th overall prospect appeared in 14 games this spring getting 19 at-bats, three runs scored, one double, two home runs, four RBIs, two walks, and hit .368 this spring. Johnson is an exciting prospect and will get more time in the minors before making an impact with the big-league club in Pittsburgh.
