The Boston Celtics waived forward Justin Champagnie at least partly as a cost saving move at the beginning of this month. The Miami Heat are looking to capture lightning in a bottle again with a Celtics cut as they previously did with Max Strus. Champagnie didn't overly impress me as a member of the Celtics, but the Heat do have a solid track record of developing players.
