Cory Joseph has played in 26 games for the Golden State Warriors this season.

He averaged 2.4 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists per contest while shooting 35.9% from the field and 31.0% from the three-point range.

Earlier this month, Joseph was traded to the Indiana Pacers but was waived directly following the deal.

He is currently a free agent that is available to be signed by any team in the league.

Joseph was the 29th pick in the 2011 NBA Draft out of Texas and had been in his 13th season in the league.

In addition to the Warriors, he has also spent time with the San Antonio Spurs, Indiana Pacers, Toronto Raptors, Detroit Pistons and Sacramento Kings.

His career averages are 6.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per contest while shooting 44.1% from the field and 34.9% from the three-point range in 816 regular season games.

He's also appeared in 82 NBA playoff games and helped the Spurs win the 2014 title over LeBron James and the Miami Heat.

Joseph is only 32, so he could be a good addition to plenty of teams around the league.

A contending team could use him for their bench depth, or a rebuilding team would gain from his veteran leadership in a locker room.

As for the Pacers, they are the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 31-25 record in 56 games.

They will play their next game on Thursday evening when they host the Detroit Pistons in Indianapolis.
