Danny Green, who will be a free agent this summer, told FortyEightMinutes and other media on Monday that the Sixers have indicated to him that they’d like him to return.

“It’s always great to feel wanted,” Green said while explaining that he hasn’t thought about his free agency too much and plans on taking his time with a decision on his future.

Green added that he has a “bunch of love for this city and organization.”

The 33-year-old wing played in 69 games for Philadelphia this season, averaging 9.5 points per contest. Green shot an impressive 40.5 percent from behind the arc on 6.3 attempts per game.
