The Golden State Warriors are stuck in a rut right now.

They have lost three straight home games, watching their record fall to 20-21 on the season.

But, their loss on Tuesday night was especially concerning.

Facing a Phoenix Suns team without Chris Paul, Devin Booker, and DeAndre Ayton the Warriors played careless.

Golden State looked ill-prepared and played arguably their worst game of the season.

Although, head coach Steve Kerr took the blame away from his players after this loss.

For the Warriors to get Stephen Curry and still lose is concerning.

It was obvious that Curry was rusty early in the game, making only two of nine shots in the first half.

But, he looked like the Steph of old when he tried to will his team back in the fourth quarter.

Despite continuing to struggle, the Warriors still have time to turn the season around.

They are as healthy as they have been since early December, and hopefully this game served as a wakeup call.

It will be interesting to see what Kerr does as his team enters a five game road trip.

Golden State is 3-16 on the road this season, if they want to be a playoff team they must turn that around.

One spot they should key on is defense.

Their defense has been abysmal this season, giving up 117.7 points per game.

Look no further than their defensive production over the next few weeks as the key to winning games.

It is time to see what the Warriors are made of, and this upcoming road trip will tell us a lot.
