Warriors cruise to 142-112 win over Grizzlies in Game 3

The Golden State Warriors started slow Saturday night against the Memphis Grizzlies, but quickly erased a 13-point first quarter deficit to cruise to a 142-112 win in Game 3 and take a 2-1 series lead.

Memphis made six 3-pointers before it made a single shot from inside the arc to race out to an 18-8 lead in the first five minutes of the game. But eventually 3-pointers started falling in bunches for the Warriors too. Golden State made 17 of its 32 shots from beyond the arc on the night and shot 63.1% from the field.

Stephen Curry led the way for the Warriors with 30 points and six assists.

Golden State's Jordan Poole came off the bench to add 27 points, two assists, and four rebounds.

Grizzlies star Ja Morant led all scorers with 34 points, seven assists, three rebounds, and three steals. No other Memphis player scored more than 16 in the loss.
