Watch: Damian Lillard scores 16 points in fourth quarter as Bucks hold off Clippers

Guard Damian Lillard helped the Milwaukee Bucks avoid a three-game skid with a spectacular fourth-quarter performance against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday.

With 1:19 remaining in the fourth quarter, Lillard nailed a 26-foot three-pointer, giving the Bucks a 119-109 lead. This deflated the Clippers' comeback attempt as Milwaukee closed out for a 124-117 victory. The eight-time All-Star had 16 of his 35 points in the fourth quarter.

The Bucks (42-23) needed this win after back-to-back road losses against the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Clippers (41-22) were without Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Still, Lillard dominating is a good sign for Milwaukee.

Likewise a good sign, forward Giannis Antetokounmpo posted 34 points, 10 assists and seven rebounds. When the two-time MVP and Lillard click, they are one of the best duos in the NBA, giving the Bucks a strong chance to win their third championship. As of Sunday, FanDuel listed Milwaukee with the fourth-best title odds (+700) behind the Clippers, Denver Nuggets and Boston Celtics.
