NBA superstar Kevin Durant is by far one of the most popular names in the league. The prolific scorer has excelled across different teams and is now starring for the Phoenix Suns. Amid all speculations regarding the player, how much do we know about Kevin Durant’s personal life, and does he have any siblings?

Born September 29, 1988, Kevin Durant spent his early childhood in Prince George’s County, Maryland. His father, Wayne Durant was not part of the family and divorced his mother Wanda Durant when his kids were very young. Despite their many struggles, Wanda with the help of her mother, managed to make ends meet and Durant grew up with his elder brother, Tony Durant.

Tony, like KD, had originally played college basketball and wanted to pursue a professional career. On the other hand, KD also has two half-siblings on his father’s side. Here’s what you need to know about Kevin Durant’s siblings, Tony, Rayvonne and Briana.

Who are Kevin Durant’s siblings?

Kevin Durant has an elder brother Tony Durant and two half-siblings, Rayvonne Pratt and Brianan Pratt, on his father’s side from his second marriage.

Although Durant’s father was not part of their family in Durant’s early childhood, it appears that all of KD’s siblings have a very close bond with Kevin.

Tony Durant

Tony Durant is the eldest of Kevin Durant’s siblings. Born January 6, 1986, Tony is 37 years old, about two years older than KD. Tony, just like KD, took to basketball at a very young age. It was Wanda Durant who would take her sons to their local recreational center and the boys played basketball there.

Tony originally went to Towson University where he had a stellar collegiate basketball career. Durant has been somewhat outspoken about his relationship with KD and has often shared how they both have a very close sibling bond.

Back in their childhood, KD had once broken a gas light switch and was required to pay for the money to fix that. It was Tony, his elder brother, who would give him the money from his McDonald’s paycheck back then.

Such was the bond between the siblings and later in 2007, KD repaid his brother with a Dodge Charger, brand new and shining right from the showroom. Needless to say, KD and Tony both share a very close bond and are the best of friends.

Rayvonne Pratt

Rayvonne Pratt is the oldest among KD’s half-siblings. Although he is younger than Durant, his exact age is not known. Regardless, Rayvonne and KD share the same father, Wayne Durant, and also happen to hang out together as a family.

It appears that the youngest of the Pratt brothers prefers to keep away from the limelight, and hence, there is very little information about Rayvonne Pratt’s personal life.

Briana Pratt

Briana Pratt is the youngest of KD’s siblings. She is the only sister of the three brothers and is naturally the most beloved.

She had also played collegiate basketball quite like her elder brothers. KD shares a sweet bond with her sister and is often seen hanging out with Briana.

All of Durant’s siblings, despite not hailing from the same family, are on very good terms with each other. KD’s mom, Wanda Durant, also loves all of the children just as much and Kevin Durant’s siblings are often seen attending his NBA games from the courtside.
