Baker Mayfield torched the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback made himself some extra cash in the process.

The Buccaneers dominated the Eagles 32-9 in the Wild Card Round of the NFL playoffs at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. Mayfield finished 22-of-36 for 337 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. By leading his team to a postseason victory, Mayfield earned an extra $250,000.

Even after cashing the incentive, Mayfield has still earned less than $7M this season. To say he has been worth every penny would be an understatement.

The Bucs were the only team in the NFL that even gave Mayfield an opportunity to start this year. The former No. 1 overall pick has proven he can still win games and set career highs during the regular season with 4,044 yards and 28 touchdown passes. Mayfield has also showcased serious toughness by battling through injuries.

After making easy work of the Eagles, the Bucs will now travel to Detroit to face the Lions in the Divisional Round. Jared Goff and company looked explosive in their win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, so Mayfield will likely need another solid performance for Tampa Bay to stand a chance.
