The Kansas City Chiefs victory parade is well underway and linebacker Willie Gay Jr. is wasting no time getting in on the festivities.

The NFL tweeted a video from the parade of Gay running up and down the street in front of the crowd shirtless, hyping fans up at every turn as he gestured to the crowd.

Gay appeared to be having a grand ole time, as seen on the KCTV5 news feed. Check it out below.

Kansas City won Super Bowl LVIII in the most dramatic fashion possible, knocking off the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime in one of the most thrilling Super Bowl finishes in recent memory.

It took a lot just for Kansas City to reach the point of a game-winning play in overtime.

San Francisco controlled most of the early going, taking a 10-0 lead in the second quarter before Kansas City started to respond. But coming down the stretch in the fourth quarter, the 49ers kicked a go-ahead field goal with 1:53 remaining.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City had to put together a scoring drive to stay alive. They did just that but couldn’t quite punch it into the end zone for the win in regulation, instead settling for a game-tying Harrison Butker 29-yard field goal to send it to overtime.

Once in overtime San Francisco struck first. The 49ers converted a 27-yard Jake Moody field goal after Kansas City came up with a stop in the low red zone.

From there it was hero mode for Mahomes, who quickly marched Kansas City down the field to set up the game-winner.

Mahomes found an open Mecole Hardman on the right side of the end zone and hit him for a game-sealing touchdown pass, handing Kansas City its second straight Super Bowl win and its third in the past five seasons.

So, yeah, Kansas City players are probably going to party a little bit today. Good on Willie Gay Jr. for enjoying the moment.
