A fan who was lucky enough to have Cleveland Browns star wideout Odell Beckham Jr. autograph his arm has made the signature permanent by having it tattooed.

Following Beckham’s standout performance — six catches for 161 yards and a touchdown — in the Browns’ 23-3 thumping of the New York Jets on Monday night, Beckham stopped by the stands and autographed the fan’s arm.

Elijah Infante, 23, of Jersey City, N.J., who goes by Eli_TooNice2 on Twitter, not surprisingly became all the rage on social media thanks to his encounter with Beckham. To no surprise, Infante is overwhelmed by the attention the entire incident has inspired.

It turns out the impromptu autograph session was prearranged, as Infante had previously reached out to Beckham’s barber shop in Miami through Instagram and told them about his plan to get the wide receiver’s autograph permanently inked into his arm.

At first, Beckham was reluctant, but ultimately decided to help his fan out.

“He finally said yes,” Infante said on Monday, per Cleveland.com. “And today was the day.”

Heading into his postgame press conference, Beckham Jr. acknowledged the moment and felt the love from Infante, along with the New York crowd as a whole. He did, however, have one lament.

He tried his best, but perhaps could’ve been a bit more artistic with his signature.

Infante didn’t seem to mind one bit.

Infante isn’t the first NFL fan to have a player autograph on his skin permanently inked, and odds are he won’t be the last. That does not make this Beckham fan’s amazing experience any less special to him.
