The Baltimore Ravens are expected to soon see quite a bit of turnaround within their roster.

The Ravens have 20-plus players who will be out of a contract in March. The likes of Justin Madubuike and Patrick Queen will become unrestricted free agents for the first time in their careers. There are other players such as Jadeveon Clowney who are set to once again hit free agency in the coming month.

If it were up to Ravens head coach John Harbaugh, he would keep every single soon-to-be-free agent on the team.

"For me, as a head coach, it's real simple," Harbaugh told BaltimoreRavens.com's Garrett Downing. "I just want everybody back, get everybody, let's go. I want everybody back. Eric [DeCosta] kind of works from there. We do, we want to try to bring everybody back that we can, we know the odds on different situations and circumstances and what they are."

Harbaugh did acknowledge that at the end of the day, the Ravens simply will not be able to re-sign all of their impending free agents, which comes as the team currently has just under $17 million in cap space.

"We've got our focus on different guys, and I'll be disappointed because we won't be able to bring everybody back," Harbaugh said. "I'll be really disappointed about the guys that we can't or don't bring back, or that choose to go elsewhere because they just got a better opportunity or better deal just for their career. But I'll understand, it will make sense to me why.

"Nobody's going to leave here because they're not happy here, because they don't want to be here, because they're not getting an opportunity or because they're not treated well."

Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta sure will have plenty of crucial decisions to make during this year’s free agency period.
