LeSean McCoy regrets spoiling 'Avengers: Endgame' last year
When LeSean McCoy spoiled "Avengers: Endgame" for the entire sports community, he didn't expect to receive as much backlash as he did.
By now everyone knows that Iron Man/Tony Stark, who was played by Robert Downey Jr., was killed in the movie ... but McCoy spoiled the news for everyone when the film first came out.
Over one year later, McCoy apologized for tweeting those spoilers on "Good Morning Football" on Wednesday and called it the worst decision of his life.
"I tweeted it, just having fun. But I didn't know the reaction of the people," McCoy said. "I didn't know that. If I knew that, I would have never tweeted that. I didn't know that people really got into them cartoons like that. So, I apologize. It was terrible."
McCoy spent the 2019 season with the Kansas City Chiefs after being released by the Bills in 2018. The 31-year-old rushed for 465 yards and four touchdowns while adding 181 yards and one touchdown receiving.
Obviously, he was a member of the Chiefs Super Bowl LIV squad that defeated the San Francisco 49ers 31-20, but did not play in that game. He's a six-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro.
