One Tampa Bay Buccaneers player is especially thrilled that Tom Brady is back for another year … because of all the grief he can now give to Brady.

Bucs safety Logan Ryan, who just signed with the team this offseason, had some funny trash talk for the seven-time Super Bowl champion Brady. Ryan, when he was with the Tennessee Titans, intercepted the very last pass Brady threw as a New England Patriot in the wild-card round of the 2019 season.

“He’s got a good memory. So, I’m sure he remembers,” said Ryan of Brady this week, per Grant Gordon of NFL.com. “I don’t remind him, we move on. But, I know he remembers that play. I think he does.”

It is all love between Ryan and Brady, though, as they used to be teammates on the Patriots from 2013 to 2016. The duo won both Super Bowl XLIX over the Seattle Seahawks and Super Bowl LI over the Atlanta Falcons together. Now Ryan and Brady will get a chance to go for a third one with the Bucs.

Ryan said that he is not going to remind Brady about his interception with the Titans, but it is hard to take him at face value there. After all, Ryan was happy to lob funny shots at Brady when they were on opposite teams.
