Raiders-Browns Week 15 matchup postponed to Monday

The Cleveland Browns vs. Las Vegas Raiders Week 15 matchup originally scheduled for Saturday has been moved due to ongoing COVID-19 issues.

The Browns have been one of the most hard-hit teams in the NFL by the virus in recent days, with 24 players placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list this week alone, per Associated Press sports writer Tom Withers.

According to Albert Breer, some Raiders players were furious about the last-second decision.

One Raiders player who was notably vocal on Twitter as Friday afternoon's events unfolded was linebacker K.J. Wright.

The Browns enter Week 15 at 7-6 and narrowly on the outside looking in for the AFC playoff picture. The Raiders are 6-7 and are still alive in the chase for a postseason berth as well.
