Los Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Los Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead is truly embracing his own meme.

Snead has been the general manager of the Rams since 2012. Though the team had a losing record in his first five years on the job — all in St. Louis and with Jeff Fisher at coach — they turned it around upon moving to Los Angeles and hiring Sean McVay. In recent years, Snead has gained a reputation for sacrificing future draft picks to build a stronger team in the present.

Snead traded draft picks to get stars Matthew Stafford, Jalen Ramsey and Von Miller. The total cost was four first-round picks, one second-round pick, two third-round picks and a fourth-round pick for those three players.

Snead became a meme with people jokingly describing his attitude as “f— them picks” every time he traded away more picks for players.

So, guess what shirt Snead wore to the championship parade on Wednesday after the Rams won the Super Bowl on Sunday? A shirt that featured his face on it and the words “f— them picks” (although the f-word wasn’t bleeped out).

He and the Rams better remember how sweet this feels, because it won’t feel so great in future drafts when they’re waiting all day before getting to make a selection, and when they’re well over the salary cap. But they got the Super Bowl win this year, and that’s what matters.
