The Pittsburgh Steelers are the new favorites to land Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields in a trade this offseason, and the belief it'll happen has ramped up quite a bit over the last several days.

At one point, the thought of Fields in Pittsburgh seemed like a pipe dream. It made sense, but the compensation wasn't going to be realistic, and there would be other teams more interested.

Now, it's believed the Steelers are the front-runners. That head coach Mike Tomlin and the front office are big fans of the Bears quarterback, and that a trade wouldn't cost Pittsburgh enough to turn away from the move.

The latest news and predictions make you think it could happen. They're believed to be one of three teams who call Chicago this offseason, and what they'll need to give up will be easy what the assets they have in the NFL Draft and free agency.

Right now, it makes a lot of sense for Fields to come to Pittsburgh - and it's starting to feel like it could happen.
